Covid-19 Update

Mar 23, 2020

Dear Valued Customers of Advanced Hearing Group, We will remain OPEN to take care of you during this unprecedented time of stress. We will be following all CDC recommendations. If you are feeling sick PLEASE STAY HOME, so as to not potentially spread illness into the community or our staff. ANYONE exposed to anyone with COVID-19 or any flu like symptoms in the last 14 days, or if you are experiencing any of the symptoms listed below, we MUST reschedule your appointment for a future date.

  • Fever
  • Fatigue
  • Cough
  • Shortness of Breath

As the virus continues to evolve, we want to protect our vulnerable patients- the elderly with serious chronic medical conditions like heart disease, diabetes, lung disease, patients with cancer, organ transplant, immune deficiencies, and those on medications that suppress their immune systems. We ask that elderly and higher risk patients, to please reschedule non-urgent visits to a later date. While cleanliness and sanitation is part of our normal practice, we will be going above and beyond that to keep everyone safe.   This will include:

  • Our office, lobby and restroom have been deep cleaned and disinfected
    • We will take extra care to disinfect them regularly and thoroughly throughout each day!
  • None of our employees will be working with any flu-like symptoms
    • All employees have been given the option to stay at home and self-quarantine if there are any visible symptoms whatsoever!
Our PRIMARY duty is to protect the well-being of our patients and staff by preventing the spread of the virus in our office.

We appreciate your understanding during this strange and unpredictable time.   We wish you health and wellness.
